Abstract
- Miglyol 812/PEG 400 non-aqueous emulsions were stabilized by a triblock copolymer.
- Poly(butadiene)-poly(2-vinylpyridine)-poly(ethylene oxide) as efficient emulsion stabilizer.
- Non-aqueous “gel-like” emulsion is obtained by hydrogen bonding between PEO and PEG 400.
- Water dispersion of viscosified non-aqueous emulsion was performed at pH 1 and pH 7.
- Emulsion at pH 1 was stabilized by a combination of steric and electro-steric effects.
