Abstract
- Niobium chalcogenides NbQ2 and NbQ3 can be regarded as layered materials.
- NbQ2 and NbQ3 were exfoliated by ultrasonication forming colloidal dispersions.
- Particles size distributions in the dispersions were analyzed by DLS and AFM methods.
- Films prepared from the dispersions demonstrate the initial NbQ2 and NbQ3 structures.
