Abstract
- Two ethanol injection methods were used to produce Lipoid E80 and POPC liposomes.
- The vesicle size was 80 ± 3 nm and consistent across all of the membrane devices.
- The vesicle size in co-flow device was controlled by the orifice size and flow rates.
- The vesicle size decreased by increasing the mixing efficiency.
- CFD simulations were performed to study fluid mixing in co-flow capillary device.
