- Biodegradable PLGA nanoparticles were prepared and characterized.
- Surface charge character of particles is tunable using cationic modified Pluronic.
- Increased membrane affinity was achieved when using cationic stabilizer.
- Novel antitubercular drug candidate was effectively encapsulated into PLGA particles.
