Abstract
- A SiO2 nanoarray with a hole-bridge structure has been prepared.
- Additional oxygen vacancies were produced during sintering.
- The SiO2 nanoarray was found to show ferromagnetic properties.
- It is assumed that the ferromagnetism comes mainly from oxygen vacancies.
