Abstract
The core-shell structure SiO2@Al2O3 powders have been synthesized by a simple method under ambient conditions. Different modification surfactants have been investigated, revealing the superior properties of PEG and PVP for coating and dispersing the core-shell SiO2@Al2O3. The thermal conductivity of SiO2@Al2O3 was far more efficient than that of the raw spherical silica powders.
