Abstract
- Addition of template in synthesized Al2O3 resulted in the difference in pore textures.
- All studied Al2O3 behaved as philic adsorbents for formaldehyde.
- HCHO adsorption capacity was directly with the surface area and pore volume.
- The smaller pore size resulted in the higher desorption active energy (Ed).
- The surface hydroxyl was favorable to the chemical adsorption of HCHO.
