Abstract
⺠Interfacial adsorption dynamics of mixed protein-surfactant systems are considered. ⺠Ward-Tordai equation (for surfactant dynamics) and Frumkin isotherm are used. ⺠Surfactant adsorbs more quickly but can be displaced by high surface affinity protein. ⺠Protein-surfactant concentration, surface affinity and molecular size are varied. ⺠A phase diagram for displacement vs non-displacement of surfactant is presented.
