Abstract
⺠Magnetic MWCNTs could be dispersed in aqueous solution and isolated by a magnet. ⺠Magnetic MWCNTs showed high adsorption capacity and affinity for bilirubin. ⺠The adsorption of bilirubin to magnetic MWCNTs was thermodynamically spontaneous and followed the Langmuir model. ⺠Bilirubin could be removed from albumin solution by magnetic MWCNTs suspension in bound solute dialysis.
