Abstract
⺠A novel way for the use of hydrogel NPs in transdermal delivery system is suggested. ⺠In vitro and in vivo skin penetration experiments are conducted with hydrogel NPs. ⺠The type of dispersion medium affects the capability of NPs for the skin penetration. ⺠Hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel NPs in an oil effectively penetrate into a skin layer.
