Abstract
⺠Elastic colloidal crystal films were fabricated by depositing P(MMA-BA) spheres. ⺠The optical stop band can be modulated by simply mechanically stretching the film. ⺠The film can withstand elongation by no less than 500%. ⺠The strain of the films was reversible within a certain range.
