Abstract
⺠We studied the formation of surface active complexes of PAH and SDS. ⺠Surface active complexes adsorb at the water/oil interfaces. ⺠Properties are quantified by interfacial tension, dilational rheology measurement. ⺠Dilational visco-elasticity depends on concentrations and mixing ratio. ⺠Dilational elasticity changes are linked with destruction of 2D structures.
