Abstract
► Drug nanoparticles were present in these low concentration samples, and were seen to grow over time. ► The distribution profile of the particles changed from monodisperse to polydisperse, with a corresponding increase in mean particle diameter and decrease in particle concentration seen. ► The NanoSight was used to successfully monitor the growth of these particles. ► The results from the NanoSight gave details of the change in particle size distribution which was not apparent from the DLS data.
