Abstract
⺠Bubble growth from substrate nozzles is compared with that from needle nozzles. ⺠Bubble characteristics were generally the same for both cases. ⺠A unique cyclic fluctuation of bubble volume expansion rate was observed for the substrate nozzle case. ⺠A force analysis is conducted to reveal the observed fluctuations.
