Abstract
⺠The numerical analysis of carbon foams microporous structure prepared by various methods from furfuryl alcohol by employment of the fast multivariant fitting procedure of the thermodynamical LBET class models was presented. ⺠Samples have been produced by chemical vapor polymerization over melted oxalic acid, from water solution of furfuryl alcohol, due to polymerization of furfuryl alcohol over micelles formed from water-decane emulsion. ⺠The calculations were based on the adsorption isotherm of nitrogen on carbon foam samples. ⺠Studies have been completed by microscopic studies in order to visualization of the macroporous structure as a framework for micropores formation.
