Abstract
⺠PS colloidal crystals were fabricated on the hydrophilic and the hydrophobic surfaces by spin-coating. ⺠The structure of the spin-coated PS colloidal crystals depended on the surface wettability. ⺠The mechanism for the growing multilayers of self-assembled spheres by the spin-coating method is discussed. ⺠This work demonstrates the rapid and simple method for the fabrication of colloidal crystal of TiO2 hollow spheres.
