Abstract
⺠Decreasing the particle size of anatase-titania down the range 19-8 nm: stabilizes the anatase structure. ⺠Decreasing the particle size of anatase-titania down the range 19-8 nm: blueshifts the UV absorption edge. ⺠Decreasing the particle size of anatase-titania down the range 19-8 nm: decreases the tetrahedral/octahedral Ti4+ proportion. ⺠Decreasing the particle size of anatase-titania down the range 19-8 nm: weakens the surface acidity.
