Abstract
Possibility of chemical linking of tungsten heteropolycompounds (HPC) of 12th row with activated silica surface has been studied. From the analysis of IR- and X-rayfluorescent spectroscopy data as well as differential thermal analysis of the samples, it was found that phosphorus–tungstic heteropolyacid reacts chemically with amine groups previously immobilized on the silica surface. Thermal stability, acidity, ammonia adsorption and other physicochemical properties of grafted heteropolycompounds have been also investigated.
