Abstract
⺠Chemokine signaling via CCR4/CCR6 receptors play a role in the development of EAE. ⺠IL-6 and IL-17 production are promoted by CCR4/CCR6 signaling. ⺠CCR4/CCR6 expression by T lymphocytes is presumably of key importance. ⺠CCR6 and CCR4 might be a therapeutic target of multiple sclerosis.
