Abstract
The Eu-MOFs could recognize Fe3+ and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde (2-OH-NA) by quenching the emission of Eu3+ when excited by 370Â nm, and detect Al3+ due to the enhancement of the ligand-based emission when excited by 400Â nm.218
