Abstract
⺠Type I collagen films have been functionalised by plasma treatments on their surfaces. ⺠Carboxyl and amino groups have been introduced on collagen surfaces. ⺠Plasma-treated films were characterised by WCA, SEM, AFM, ATR-FTIR. ⺠MG-63 human osteoblast-like cell proliferation, viability and morphology was assayed.
