Abstract
⺠PS-r-PMMA polymer brushes are effective over a wide range of molecular weights. ⺠PS-b-PMMA nanopatterns evolution depend on the anneal period. ⺠Re-orientation of blocks and domain size variations are observed. ⺠Degradation of the PMMA component causes these changes.
