Abstract
⺠We immobilized clusters of carbohydrate on a gold surface by using dendrimers as a scaffold. ⺠The cluster size and density of carbohydrates on the dendrimer's surface can be controlled. ⺠The size of the dendrimers influenced the lectin (WGA)-carbohydrate interaction.
