Abstract
⺠A new lift-off microcontact patterning technique is proposed. ⺠Patterning is facilitated by the use of surfactants. ⺠Features can be patterned with vertical dimensions of 30 nm to 3 μm. ⺠A wide variety of nitrate containing materials can be patterned.
