Abstract
⺠Thio- and/or amine-modified cellulose resin materials were synthesized. ⺠Hg(II) ion adsorption properties in highly acidic solution were determined. ⺠Selectivity for Hg(II) as only ruthenium(II) somewhat adsorbed onto it out of 14 other metal ions studied.
