Abstract
⺠A very simple and controllable microfluidic method for the preparation of fluorescence-encoded microspheres was demonstrated. ⺠The shape of microsphere is uniform, and the fluorescence information are encoded and decoded. The stability of the code is also studied. ⺠Only one step is needed for the batch preparation fluorescence-encoded microspheres.
