Abstract
⺠Bacterial sRNAs are highly regulated by transcription factors or sigma factors. ⺠Transcriptional regulators themselves constitute a major class of sRNA targets. ⺠sRNAs often feedback-regulate the activity of transcription factors. ⺠Transcription factor-sRNA pairs may add unique motifs to regulatory networks.
