Abstract
⺠Fungal NADPH oxidase (Nox) complexes are involved in central developmental processes. ⺠The exact composition and recruitment of Nox complexes are still not well understood. ⺠Recent evidence suggests a role for Nox in the assembly of the actin cytoskeleton. ⺠Cellular localization studies suggest a (transient?) role for fungal Nox in the ER.
