Abstract
⺠We compare NF-κB activation by respiratory syncytial viruses from A and B subgroups. ⺠Purified viruses infected both continuous and primary cell cultures. ⺠NF-κB activation measured by quantitative and qualitative approaches. ⺠All analyses show subgroup A induces increased NF-κB activation compared to subgroup B.
