Abstract
⺠We analyzed for first time the anti-apoptotic effect of enterobacterial HSP60. ⺠Anti-apoptotic effect of HSP60 was observed in the DXM-induced apoptosis in PBMC. ⺠The same effect of proteins was observed in CD4+ and CD8+ T cell subpopulations. ⺠This effect requires internalization of HSP60 with cytoskeleton participation.
