Abstract
⺠We delineate the spatial localization of peripherin/rds binding partners in photoreceptor rod cells. ⺠Changes in proteins localization were examined by serial tangential sectioning. ⺠Peripherin/rds was found to co-distribute with its binding partner, Calmodulin in basal disks.
