Abstract
⺠The concept of dynamic equilibrium in wet media milling is presented. ⺠Dynamic equilibrium curves were determined using stepwise addition of a stabilizer. ⺠Synergistic effects between polymer and surfactant have been established. ⺠An optimal surfactant concentration exists that minimizes growth during storage. ⺠This optimum is governed by agglomeration and ripening mechanisms.
