Abstract
⺠New targeting method for estimation of TAC has been proposed. ⺠More accuracy and reliable than the other methods. ⺠Different models for estimation of capital cost have been evaluated. ⺠New representation of TAC-SUGCC and TASP-SUGCC have been demonstrated.
