Abstract
⺠A convenient tool - Aspen Split was adopted to obtain the column parameters. ⺠The procedure was proposed to obtain the design parameters and sensitive variables. ⺠The procedure was performed without requirement to run various simulations. ⺠The temperature-composition cascade strategy was proposed to control the system. ⺠It was proved that the proposed strategy was the effective control structure.
