Abstract
â¶ CFD analysis of inlet chamber designs effects on de-oiling hydrocyclone efficiency. â¶ Evaluation of standard, exponential, conical, quadratic polynomial inlet chamber designs. â¶ Analysis of Energy dissipation rate, eddy recirculation, axial and tangential velocity profiles. â¶ The separation efficiency is improved approximately 8% using exponential body shape.
