Abstract
â¶ The cross-flow RPB is an effective absorber for CO2 absorption process. â¶ The CO2 removal efficiency for the MEA aqueous solution is superior to that for the NaOH and AMP aqueous solutions in the cross-flow RPB. â¶ The CO2 removal efficiency increases with the rotor speed, liquid flow rate, and MEA concentration, but decreases with gas flow rate and CO2 concentration in the cross-flow RPB.
