Abstract
â¶ Carbon dioxide sequestration is feasible using ion exchange fibers. â¶ CO2 sequestration occurs concurrently with softening or metals removal processes. â¶ A CO2 regenerant eliminates the use of brine, acid, or other aggressive chemicals. â¶ A synergy exists between this technology and CO2 intensive industries.
