Abstract
Three 3rd order depositional sequences were recognized. These sequences may be formed due to tectonic activity that started in the Late Cretaceous and may be rejuvenated again during the Eocene time. Also emergence activities that were active during the Eocene led to the formation of the picked sequences by changing relative sea level. The recorded systems tracts are transgressive systems tract (TST), highstand systems tract (HST), and falling-stage systems tract (FSST).
