Abstract
⺠A new hybrid scheme is modeled which enhances gas turbine film cooling. ⺠Different exit configurations of the hybrid scheme were examined across different BR. ⺠Hybrid schemes spread the secondary flow to remain attached the downstream surfacse. ⺠Hybrid square scheme produces the highest overall cooling effectiveness at high BR. ⺠Hybrid square and trapezoid schemes provide the lowest pressure coefficient.
