Abstract
⺠An LBM is introduced to simulate magnetic fluids in a porous cavity. ⺠The flow and heat transfer characteristic is investigated. ⺠The flow is accelerated with the increase of porosity and Darcy number. ⺠Heat transfer is enhanced with increase of porosity and Darcy number of the cavity.
