Abstract
⺠A transient computer code is developed and the code is validated with experiments. ⺠A method of inserting a new external loop for power expansion is examined. ⺠Fossil/solar plants can be developed easily with external loop integration. ⺠On-Off control scheme is more feasible comparing with proportional control scheme. ⺠Hybrid solar-fossil power plants can be efficient in reducing fuel consumption.
