Abstract
⺠The turbulent forced convection in ribbed channels with nanofluids is studied. ⺠Ribs are mounted on the principal walls and have square and rectangular shapes. ⺠The highest heat transfer coefficient is detected at relative pitches of 8 and 10. ⺠The highest required pumping power values are calculated at a pitch equal to 10. ⺠Heat transfer coefficients and pumping power increase as particle fraction increases.
