Abstract
⺠Both mass and heat transfers in the DMFC were investigated using a 3D numerical model. ⺠Four types of anodic flow fields were modeled and experimentally compared. ⺠Double-serpentine flow field shows favorable velocity and temperature distributions. ⺠The maximum power density of a DMFC with double-serpentine flow field is 34.2 mW cmâ2.
