Abstract
⺠Steady state engine advantages of ORC are significant. ⺠Exhaust ORC may increase fuel efficiency by 3.4% with maximum of 6.4%. ⺠Coolant ORC may increase fuel efficiency by 1.7% with maximum of 2.8%. ⺠Combined ORC may increase fuel efficiency by 5.1% with maximum of 8.2%. ⺠Actual advantages on vehicles covering driving cycles needs further investigations.
