Abstract
► JICF was proposed to control the thermoacoustic instabilities. ► CO2 and N2 were selected as the JICF. ► Pressure amplitudes, temperature distributions and flue gas components were analyzed. ► JICF could control thermoacoustic instability effectively. ► CO2 as the JICF was better than N2 for controlling of thermoacoustic instability.
