Abstract
► Desiccant AHUs coupled to MCHPs are good alternatives to electric cooling systems. ► Their performances are strongly influenced by boundary and operating conditions. ► These polygeneration systems allow primary energy savings up to about 30%. ► CO2 equivalent emission reductions up to about 40% can be obtained. ► The operating hours at partial load for the microcogenerator should be minimized.
