Abstract
⺠A study of combustion behavior of mixed solid waste in a fluidized bed. ⺠Effect of fluidization number and air factor was investigated. ⺠Bed temperature sustains for a longer period when fluidization number is 5Umf. ⺠The best air factor is in the range of 0.8-1. ⺠The thermal efficiency significantly increases at higher air factor.
