Abstract
⺠A methodology for estimating optimal dimensions on helical fins is proposed. ⺠The methodology is based on an optimal equilibrium point. ⺠This point is affected by lower fin height limits. ⺠Predictions for this point show a maximum deviation of 8% and a stable behavior.
