Abstract
⺠We modeled a diffusion absorption refrigerator (DAR) with the binary refrigerant. ⺠Factors that influence the coefficient of performance are investigated. ⺠The optimum pressure corresponds to the overall match in the refrigerant recuporator. ⺠The overall match means heat capacity rates of the hot and cold fluids are equal. ⺠The DAR can obtain a refrigerating temperature level of â40 °C.
