Abstract
► A non-boiling spray cooling system with two nozzles is established. ► We examine the factors that affect the heat transfer of spray cooling. ► Increasing the liquid volume flow rate increases the heat transfer coefficient. ► There exists an optimal nozzle-to-surface distance. ► The surfactant with appropriate concentration will further improve the heat transfer.
